
Kathy currently serves as the firm's managing partner. She has been with the
firm for over 20 years during which time she has established herself in both the
governmental and nonprofit sectors. Although she is involved with the overall
firm administration and management, she still spends most of her time working
with clients on audit engagements or special projects.
Her experience includes:
- Audits of small and large local governmental units
- Audits of private schools, social service agencies and quasi-governmental
entities
- Advisory services including fraud investigations and related expert witness
testimony; internal control development and review; grant compliance; and
indirect cost allocation plan development for nonprofit organizations.
Kathy graduated magna cum laude graduate of the University of Southern Maine in
1983 and passed the CPA exam in 1984. She is currently a member of:
- The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
- The Maine Society of Certified Public Accountants
- Maine Government Finance Officers Association (MGFOA)
- Maine School Management Association
