Employee Benefits

Competitive salary and benefits, a bonus system, attractive personal and holiday paid time policy- plus a firm commitment to maintaining balance and quality of life, are representative to our benefits package. Our flexible benefits plan adds 10% onto the employee’s salary to be used for pre-tax health insurance premiums, pre-tax medical reimbursement and/or pre-tax child care reimbursement or as additional salary. Also, all full-time employees are immediately eligible upon hire to participate in our 401 (k) retirement plan. RKO also offers life insurance as well as short and long term disability insurance to all full time permanent employees.

RKO is committed to ensuring that employees have the proper training, resources and guidance to achieve success in public accounting. Professional development includes:  on the job training, quality on-going continuing professional education through both in-house and outside sponsored courses. Also, annual performance reviews are in place to enhance professional abilities and provide opportunities for growth and development.
