Employee Benefits

Our flexible benefits plan adds 10% onto the employee’s salary to be used for pre-tax health insurance premiums, pre-tax medical reimbursement and/or pre-tax child care reimbursement or as additional salary. Also, all full-time employees are immediately eligible upon hire to participate in our 401 (k) retirement plan. RKO also offers life insurance as well as short and long term disability insurance to all full time permanent employees.

Professional development includes:  on the job training, quality on-going continuing professional education through both in-house and outside sponsored courses.
